I love the challenge of making a small place appear larger. After several attempts, the client decided to add more footage. This bungalow started out at 700 s.f. before the rear poach became part of the kitchen bringing it to a whopping 770 sf. We added 200 s.f. for the master bedroom and closet. The major improvement was opening up the daytime areas to share each other.
